Biscoff Blondies

Chewy bites of deliciousness!

Tools:
- 8x8 or 9x9 Baking dish
- 2 Mixing bowls
- Sifter
- Hand mixer
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 stick of unsalted butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup of AP flour
- 1/2 cup of cookie butter
- 1/2 cup of chopped toffee pecans
- Broken Biscoff cookies for the tops
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325° & grease baking dish
- Add melted butter & sugars to a bowl & mix together
- Add egg, egg yolk, & vanilla to butter mixture. Mix until combined
- In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder, & salt
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients & mix well.
- Pour batter into your greased baking dish & spread evenly.
- Add globs of cookie butter on top and swirl into batter with toothpick or fork.
- Top with chopped pecans and cookie pieces
- Bake uncovered for 25-35 min or until toothpick in center comes out clean
- Let cool before slicing & enjoy
